Bailey Toliver Ford is a Ford dealership in Stanton, Texas, serving Stanton, Midland, Odessa and the broader Permian Basin. Its operation includes retail vehicles, Super Duty inventory, commercial trucks, fleet sales, parts and service. AM Dealer Solutions has worked with the dealership for more than two years.
Bailey Toliver Ford had the inventory, market opportunity and leadership commitment required to grow. However, its marketing operation was distributed across multiple vendors, applications and technology platforms.
The dealership's website, CRM, digital applications, third-party services and advertising channels were not functioning as one connected system. This made it difficult to determine which expenses were creating opportunities and which were simply adding cost.
The objective was to increase sales while improving the dealership's control over its data, lead process and cost per vehicle sold.
Reviewed the website, CRM, digital applications, third-party providers and advertising platforms as one ecosystem. Redundant and underperforming services were renegotiated, replaced or eliminated.
Evaluated vendor costs and advertising expenses against their measurable contribution to leads and vehicle sales.
Aligned Google, Meta and Vehicle Listing Ad campaigns with actual inventory and sales priorities, including Ford Super Duty and commercial vehicles.
Connected CRM processes more closely with marketing. AI-supported follow-up improved opportunity coverage, lead prioritization and visibility without replacing dealership employees.
Bailey Toliver Ford approximately doubled its sales pace year over year for two consecutive years. Current records show monthly sales moving from approximately 25–30 units to approximately 50–60 units during the documented growth period.
The dealership was not only generating broader traffic. It was substantially outperforming its benchmark in visits to actual vehicle inventory pages.
An eight-year partnership that scaled sales from approximately 150 to 300 units a month and built a 200-plus-RO service operation.
Approximately $5,000 in recurring third-party expense removed and Vehicle Listing Ads reorganized around inventory priority.
Bailey Toliver RV is an RV dealership operating across Victoria, Stanton and Brownfield, Texas, and a partner since 2025. toliverrv.com
Bailey Toliver RV came to us as a second engagement following the success of our Bailey Toliver Ford partnership, needing a full-service digital marketing operation built from the ground up — across Google, Facebook, and (starting in March 2026) TikTok — for a competitive West Texas RV market that includes national players like Camping World RV and Blue Compass RV.
We brought the same embedded, full-stack management model that worked for Bailey Toliver Ford to the RV side of the business.
Standing up and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns across multiple RV brands and locations (Victoria, Stanton, Brownfield).
Continuously reallocating budget toward the highest-performing campaigns and keywords.
Tracking offline attribution (store visits and MatchBacks) to tie ad spend directly to showroom traffic.
Monthly performance reporting to keep spend accountable to results.
Since launch, Bailey Toliver RV has held store visits in a healthy, stable band of roughly 290-380 per month even as paid ad spend was trimmed for efficiency — a sign that the targeting and creative are doing more of the work than raw ad budget. The account expanded into TikTok in March 2026, adding a third acquisition channel alongside Google and Facebook.
Google ad spend came down a third across the first seven months of 2026 while monthly store visits dipped only 8% — efficiency, not retreat.
The first Bailey Toliver engagement: approximately $8,000 in monthly waste removed and monthly sales up from 25–30 to 50–60 units.

RightDrive is an independent used-vehicle dealership group based in El Paso, Texas. AM Dealer Solutions began working with RightDrive in 2018, when the business was still establishing its market position. The relationship has continued for approximately eight years and expanded across marketing, attribution, CRM, BDC, inventory strategy and fixed operations.
RightDrive could not rely on an OEM brand, manufacturer advertising or franchise incentives to create customer demand. To scale, it needed to establish its own brand, generate first-party opportunities, merchandise inventory effectively and build a sales operation capable of converting increasing lead volume.
The challenge was not to create a temporary sales spike. It was to build an acquisition and operating system that could support additional inventory, locations and markets.
Organized marketing around inventory, financing demand, Google search intent, Meta advertising, retargeting and first-party lead generation.
Evaluated providers by sold-vehicle contribution and cost per sale, redirecting budget toward channels where RightDrive controlled the customer data and follow-up process.
Used sold-customer matchback reporting. During the documented reporting period, 56 vehicle sales matched to Meta advertising.
Built lead-response, appointment, confirmation, follow-up and CRM-accountability processes for sales and service.
Supported marketing, CRM and BDC systems for a new service department that reached more than 200 monthly repair orders within six months.

AM Dealer Solutions evolved with the dealership instead of continuing to sell the same marketing package as the business changed.

Got Trucks, operated by American Auto Brokers in San Antonio, specializes in used trucks and other pre-owned vehicles. The dealership was operating in a softer truck market while carrying a marketing mix that included multiple third-party providers and disconnected performance reports.
Providers reported traffic, leads and platform conversions, but management lacked a clear view of which expenses were contributing to sold vehicles. The objective was to identify wasted spending, improve inventory visibility and increase sales without simply adding more budget.

Reorganized VLA activity around feed coverage, truck category, geography, price, inventory age, VDP engagement and inventory priority.
Aligned Google and Meta campaigns with available inventory and measurable sales objectives.
Focused reporting on qualified opportunities, VDP engagement, matched sales, cost per sale, inventory movement and vendor efficiency.
